You get senior engineers and a co-founder mindset—not a rotating bench of juniors behind an account manager.

We do sprint-style and ongoing product builds on standard commercial terms, and we selectively take equity or hybrid structures when incentives line up for both sides.

Scope, milestones, and IP are spelled out in the agreement so there's no surprise work disguised as free iteration.

You do. Repositories, hosting, domains, and product IP stay in your name. We deliver documented handoff: repos, environment notes, and runbooks so your team—or the next hire—can operate without us.

A clear problem you’re solving, a decision-maker in the loop, and the discipline to review and decide on a weekly cadence. You don’t need a perfect spec—we help shape scope in discovery—but we do need honest priorities and timely feedback.

If we’re not the right fit or the idea isn’t ready, we’ll tell you upfront.

Typically a shared channel (e.g. Slack) for day-to-day decisions plus a fixed weekly call for demos and trade-offs. You talk to the people building the product, not layers of coordination overhead.

We ship MVPs and v1 products across SaaS, AI-assisted workflows, fintech-style apps, Web3 when it genuinely fits, and internal tools / trading ops. Recent public work includes mobile and backend-heavy builds (e.g. Flutter, Node, cloud-native infra).

If the stack or domain isn’t a fit, we’d rather pass than force a mismatch—we’re selective about partners for the same reason you’re selective about builders.
